- Weekends & Holidays: Reservations are required.
- Walk-ins: Welcome during the week, or on weekends only if space permits.
- Flexible Hours: Please note that our hours may change due to private events and birthday parties.
🧼 Health & Safety First
- Sick Policy: For everyone’s safety, please stay home if you or your children are experiencing symptoms. If a child appears sick, we may ask you to leave; in this case, we will provide a ticket for a future visit.
- Cleaning Standards: * Daily: Play areas are sanitized with disinfecting spray after every session and fogged every night.
- Deep Clean: Every Monday and Thursday, our ball pit balls undergo a heavy commercial wash and dry cycle.
👶 Play Area Guidelines
- Age Limit: Active play is for children under age 10.
- Toddlers: We provide a separate dedicated play area for crawlers.
- Supervision: Children must be supervised by a guardian at all times.
- Waivers: A signed waiver is mandatory for all participants.
🧺 House Rules
- Potty Training: Children who are not potty trained must wear pull-ups. Please note that a cleanup fee will apply in the event of an accident.
- Outside Food: To maintain our cleaning standards, no outside food is permitted in the facility.
